I am a Graduate Student in Computer Science at University of Massachusetts Amherst. My areas of interest are Deep Learning, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing and Information Retrieval.
Currently I am working on Entity Set Expansion problem under the supervision of Professor James Allan. I recently completed my summer internship at Comcast Labs where I developed a deep learning based system for entity disambiguation and entity recommendation. Prior to this, I worked on improving Rowless Universal Schema Knowledge Base using Complex Embeddings under the supervision of Prof. Andrew McCallum.
I have prior work experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing at Samsung Research India. I worked on the CNN model in BIXBY for the product launch of Galaxy S8. I have worked on natural language generation using SC-LSTM and developed a working IP for the same. I also have experience with Rule Based AI where my team and I developed inference engine which can identify activities, temporal and spatial information from free form natural language like SMS. This work culminated into an app for Indian market called "JIFICAL".Here is my detailed "CV".
I pursued Bachelor of Technology in Electrical Engineering from IIT-BHU, Varanasi. I like philosophy and I love dancing.
